JONES - - Thomas Goronwy (Tom) - passed away peacefully on November 7th 2017 at The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, aged 73 years. A much loved dad, grandad, brother and friend.
Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Friday November 24th at 10-30am.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
