HAMMOND-JONES John On 19th June 2018, passed away with his family at his side at Royal Stoke University Hospital, aged 70 years and of Gobowen. Loved by all. Funeral Service at St. John's Parish Church, Pontfadog on Saturday 30th June at 2.30pm followed by interment in the Churchyard.
