Owen Philip Edward (Froggy) Passed away peacefully at home on April 18th, 2020, aged 63 years Husband of the late Barbara Ann Owen (Penton) Dear brother of Jayne, brother-in-law to Medwyn, Steven and Christine, Gary an Maureen, much loved uncle to Colin, Phillipa, Emma, Dibble, Luke, Amy, Gareth and Stacey. Phil will be greatly missed by all his family, his many friends and work colleagues. A Private Funeral will take place due to the current circumstances, however, a celebration of Phil's life will take place at a later date.
