BLOMER Philip Henry (Phil) passed away peacefully on December 2nd 2020, aged 92 years. Much loved husband of the late Vera, loving brother of Mary, Doris, Clive and the late Bern and Alison and a dear uncle, great uncle and great great uncle. Due to current circumstances a private funeral will take place shortly. Donations if desired to Oswestry & District Society of Artists.
