PHELPS Sheila Lilian Of Lower Minster, Oswestry Passed away on 22nd July 2023. Aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Glyn. She will be sadly missed by all the family and friends. Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday 22nd August at 1.15 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Motor Neurone Disease Association. Enquiries to W.E.
