JONES Joan (formerly of Wootton Farm, Queens Head) passed away peacefully on 6th February 2024, aged 95 years. Much loved wife of the late Geoff and a loving mum, nan and great nan. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Wednesday 28th February at 10.30am. Happy colours to be worn please. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society.
