It's your birthday but no cards only tears
my heart still aches with sadness
silent tears still flow as I whisper happy birthday
I miss you so, you were a special person
a special face, someone I have loved so much and can never replace,
never selfish, always kind, these are the precious memories you left behind.
Lord when you see him wish him a happy birthday and tell him I still love him,
he is not forgotten but longed for all the time.
