Welcome to another week of the Whitchurch Herald Camera Club and it’s been brilliant to see so many new members and new submissions.
This week, despite the temperatures beginning to drop, there’s plenty of pictures from the great outdoors, showcasing the beautiful scenery from around Whitchurch and our surrounding towns too.
As ever, we’ll run from left to right starting with newcomer Tracey Straw’s perfectly-captured shot of a mid-burst firework over Whitchurch’s Alderford Lake. Superb effort.
Then we have Claire Mayers’ view of a sunny Malpas this week, the fading sunlight perfectly capturing the changing colours.
Look at this pair – Arthur and Bo – taking a breather in a frosty field, by Ewan Miller.
Pauline Jones is another to show the autumn light with her canalside picture.
Ever feel like someone’s acting a bit distant? Well it was true for Karen Holding as she took a snap of a sheep in Wirswall while Adam Hughes caught this fine pair of 90s-dressed ducks.
Finally, we have a moody shot of Brown Moss Reserve from our very own Herald reporter Harry Wright.
