Age UK Whitchurch
MEMBERS and volunteers of Age UK's Whitchurch branch recently celebrated Christmas with a festive lunch.
The group meets every Tuesday at Kingsway Court in Whitchurch and provides opportunity to meet friends in a local, comfortable setting with a hot meal, activities and companionship.
Spokesman for the group, Susan Hordley, said new members were always welcome.
She said: "The members and volunteers held their Christmas lunch at Kingsway Court and enjoyed a lovely day.
"The Day Centre is looking for new members to join their friendly group and anyone who is interested and for more information contact Age UK on 01743 233123."
