A pub chain behind several upmarket restaurants in Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire is looking to open new venues, and is offering a reward to help with its efforts.
Parogon Group – which runs The Swan With Two Necks, in Blackbrook, The Orange Tree in Newcastle and Willow at Trentham – has pledged to invest £15 million to double its number of eateries in the next three years.
However, the group is battling to find suitable venues to meet the demand for expansion and has turned to agents and the general public alike to help find the next Parogon site with a £5,000 reward for their efforts.

Shropshire is one of the counties which they are looking to add more venues too.
The group has made its name for transforming iconic landmark sites into contemporary community venues.
Phil Sharp, Property Director at Parogon Group, said: “It’s an exciting time for the Parogon Group; we have a great selection of hugely popular restaurants but we’re keen to bring our award-winning recipe to other areas. However, there seems to be a shortage of sites that work for us.
"We know that there’s no one better to show us those hidden gems than those who live in the local communities so we’re asking people to get in touch if they know a suitable venue for the next Parogon restaurant with a £5k reward for their efforts if it comes off!”
The Parogon Group is seeking large destination, ‘drive-to’ pub venues close to main roads with good visibility and large garden space. The venue itself should have a minimum of 100 covers and car parking for 70. Freeholds preferred.
In addition, retail or ‘edge of town’ locations with high footfall, visibility and a minimum of 80 covers will also be considered. These venues can be leaseholds or freeholds.
