A WHITCHURCH computing student is celebrating after a computer game he helped to create was put on display at a Welsh Castle.
Alistair Shah, a second-year student at Glyndwr University in Wrexham, was part of the team which programmed the game called Castle Hunter.
It has since been displayed in Caergwrle Castle, Flintshire.
Alistair went to a presentation at the castle recently to receive a certificate for his work.
His mother, Marina, praised the "amazing" guidance of his tutors.

Marina said: "He was invited to attend a special presentation today where they saw the boards displaying the game details and QR code unveiled so that families can scan and download the games around the castle site, including Alistair’s team's game called Castle Hunter.
"This was a test site which will lead to more opportunities for the games to be used across more sites.
"Alistair was presented with a certificate and said he was extremely proud and excited to see the game details up at the castle after all the hard work he and the two other students had put in, working at home during Covid-19 under the amazing guidance of his tutors."
