A WHITCHURCH resident who is a fan of the theatre has celebrated reaching the age of 100.
Win Webb, who is a lifelong resident of the town and currently lives in The Firs with her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Val, became a centenarian on Thursday, May 12.
She has also been a key supporter of the Whitchurch Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (WAODS) and is a life president of the group.
Following her special day, she thanked her family and friends for the cards and messages she has received.
She said: "I would like to thank my family and friends, and my Whitchurch Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (WAODS) friends for all the cards, presents and messages I received on my birthday.

As part of her birthday celebrations, Win was visited by the deputy mayor Rose Hall and her husband Mike, who presented her with a bouquet from WAODS.
And she also received a card from The Queen.
She also had visits from the cast of WAODS which coincided with their recent production "Me and My Girl."
Win has been involved with the society for more than 50 years and became life president in 2019.
