THE Ellesmere Yarn Bombers are back with a number of great creations for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
Post boxes in the town have been adorned by a variety of Royal related knitting, such as a crown or Queen Elizabeth sat on her throne with her beloved corgis at her feet.
The bombers is a much-loved group in the town, and regularly decorate it to match the day's events, such as celebrating Oliver Townend's Olympic gold medal.
Facebook users praised the knitting on social media, including former mayor Councillor Paul Goulbourne.
He said: "It looks fantastic.
"And when we get the red, white and blue plants in the planters in the town, it will look even more festive for the summer.
"Thanks to all involved – the amazing yarn bombers, Ellesmere in Bloom and the town council."
