The diner has a B&B which remained open and Caitlin said customers who were staying there asked about when the restaurant was opening again.

She added: "We have always had the B&B open.

"It does really well, we get lots of good feedback off people saying it is a really nice affordable, clean and friendly place to stay.

"Everyone has taken so well to the B&B side of things, it would be silly of us not to open our restaurant back up again to customers.

"Because those staying in the rooms keep asking when the restaurant is open and serving food again."

Caitlin hopes to benefit from a number of events and festivals being held in Whitchurch, including the Blackberry Fair but added she hopes to be busy constantly.

OTHER NEWS:

She said: "Hopefully, the Blackberry Fair days will bring a lot of people into Whitchurch and the same with the different festivals.

"If they are popular and people come into Whitchurch, hopefully people will come and want to have food in Reubens, we really want them to.

"I definitely see the place being busy around those times, but obviously the main aim is to be busy all the time."
