A MAN has been fined for a series of motoring offences in Whitchurch.
Stephen Hudson was stopped while driving a Vauxhall Vivaro van on the A41 at Prees Heath on February 14, this year, which was found to be overloaded by more than a tonne.
Worcester Magistrates' Court was told on September 9, that the van's maximum laden weight was 3,500kg, but this had been exceeded by 1,325kg.
The cord was also exposed on the front offside wheel of the vehicle, and Hudson did not have a licence to drive the vehicle.
