A WHITCHURCH pub is on the lookout for new landlord as the couple who currently run it are stepping down.
The Old Town Hall Vaults in St Mary's Street is owned by Joule's Brewery and is currently run by Gary Colbourne and his wife Caz.
But they will be stepping down shortly, having run the pub for five and a half years.
Joule's thanked the couple and operations support manager, Rachel Hackett said the brewery is now looking for new tenants to take on the site from January.
Rachel added: "It is with a heavy heart that after five and a half fantastic years at the Old Town Hall Vaults, Joule’s current tenants, Gary and Caz have made the difficult decision that it is time to take on their next challenge.
"Joule’s would like to wish them well on their adventure and thank them for their time at the Backies.
"Joule’s Brewery are now on the look out for their next tenants to take on the site from January.
"The Old Town Hall Vaults is a traditional ale house serving Joule's Ales and Craft Keg Beers, set in the centre of Whitchurch.
"This site is the ideal starter pub for someone looking to go from manager to tenant or someone looking for a traditional wet-led ale house. "Someone who is ready to be a part of a bustling town centre and wanting to get involved in the local community."
