A WHITCHURCH pet store held two dog shows to raise money for a well know dog charity.
Bradeley Green in Tarporley Road held two dog shows in the store on Sunday, September 25 top raise money for Dog AID UK, a charity which helps pet dogs become assistance dogs.
The first show a KC registered pedigree dog show, hosted by Petcetera, followed by the fun dog show, which was open to all.
The event was judged by Chris Gosling and Sian Noonan helped host the event and she paid tribute to Mr Gosling.
She said: "This year’s show was incredibly exciting for us, it was the first time that, Bradeley Green and Petcetera have held a K.C registered dog show.
"It was the perfect opportunity for us to create a day of showing for dogs and owners of all ages and abilities, from pet to professional, fusing both businesses together as they are, on site, whilst supporting the fantastic charity, Dog A.I.D UK.

"We had a great turnout and feedback has been fantastic, following the event.
"We’d like to thank everyone who attended with an extra special thanks to the judge, Chris, who did a wonderful job.
"Next year will be even better.
"As well as the shows, there was a chance to chat with experienced local dog trainer, Melissa Nicholson of Strictly K9 Training regarding any behavioural issues, at her ‘Ask the Trainer’ stand.
"Grooming school, Canny Cuts Academy were also present, allowing attendees to learn some basic canine CPR, while food and refreshments were provided by Kelly’s Catering.
"Our next major event will be the ever-popular Santa Paws, which we now run over four days.
