WHITCHURCH Youth Club will be returning, much to the delight of organisers.
The club had been based in the Beechtree Centre in Claybit, but the centre closed last summer after 27 years.
The club will be funded Whitchurch Town Council and based in the Beacon Church in Watergate Centre.
The town council will be working closely with charity SYA All About and Youth and group leader and youth worker Emma Foster believes the centre will be a benefit to young people in the town.

"It might take a few weeks to get up and running, but hopefully it will be successful, it was last year.
"It will be somewhere for them to hang out with friends and give them an opportunity to talk to youth workers and volunteers if they have any issues or problems.
"It can be a place to gop when they want to get out of the house.
"It is really positive and hopefully it will be really successful."
A 'meet and greet' session will be held on Thursday, January 26 and Whitchurch Town Council is looking for volunteers to help run the sessions.
Town clerk, Mike McDonald said anyone interested in volunteering to help run the sessions can contact Emma Foster via emma@sya.org.uk or 07598 359735.
