A FILM which follows one of UK's much loved loved drama series is going to be shown in Whitchurch on Valentine's Day.
'Downton Abbey: A New Era' will be screened in the Civic Centre in High Street on Tuesday, February 14 at 2.30pm in the Edward German Room.
The event has been organised by Whitchurch Town Council and it will be using the room to provide a warm space to residents.
Town clerk, Mike McDonald, said: "It is a special warm space screening to support vulnerable Whitchurch residents.
"It will be held on Tuesday, February 14 in the Edward German Room in the Civic Centre and there will be free entry and refreshments.
"Please feel free to share with someone who would appreciate a friendly welcome, cuppa and a chat."

'Downton Abbey: A New Era' was released last year and is a follow up to the feature film, 'Downton Abbey' which came out in 2019.
Both films follow the much loved TV series starring Dame Maggie Smith and Hugh Bonneville.
A spokesperson for Arts Alive said: "It is follow up to the 2019 feature film in which the Crawley family goes on a grand journey to the south of France to uncover the mystery of the dowager countess' newly minted villa."
