A WHITCHURCH-BASED vehicle rental service has been taken over by a national car dealership chain.
Altrincham-based Lookers said it was "vert excited" to be welcoming Fourways Vehicle Solutions Limited, which was founded in 2003, to its portfolio.
Fourways provides a UK-wide vehicle rental service, using a combination of its own fleet of vehicles and its vehicle rental broking arm, which gives it to more than 75,000 vehicles from other renting companies.
Fourways manages more than 7,000 rentals every year and in 2022 it had a total revenue of £3.8 million.
Lookers believe the deal will help Fourways grow its market share and help with its own rental requirements.
