A MALPAS glass-making firm has announced it will be opening its doors to the public and offering free demonstrations next month.

E+M Glass has confirmed its open studio event in Tallarn Green on Saturday, April 29.

It will feature glass-blowing demonstrations which only usually happen at special events.

The studio gallery was renovated at the beginning of the year and people will be able to make purchases from the company's extensive and unique collection of artisan glass.

The company last held an open studio event before the Covid-19 pandemic.

E+M Glass Studio manager Amelia Burke said: "We’re so excited to open our doors to the public and give them a chance to see what we’re all about again.

"The furnaces are all fired up and so are we and we ready for lots of live demonstrations.

"We find that guests absolutely love them and usually can’t see this kind of thing every day."
