A MAN has been banned from driving by magistrates after repeat offending.
Steven Mark Evans, of Danily Court in Well Street, Malpas, appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court on April 3 charged with driving a Renault in Well Street without a licence.
The court was told that the 39-year-old had driven the vehicle without 'L' plates and was unsupervised.
