A WHITCHURCH man has been banned from driving for four years after failing to provide a breath specimen.
Sean Gater, of Roman Way in Whitchurch, was also given a community order when he appeared in Telford Magistrates' Court on May 30.
The 49-year-old was accused of failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis after he was stopped by police in Whitchurch on April 29.
