A WEM man accused of stalking and property damage will face trial in December, a judge has confirmed.
Alexander Newton, 33 and of Grove Court, pleaded not guilty to two charges at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday.
He denied causing damage to property – namely a door – as well as on two occasions stalking the same claimant to the point that she feared violence would be used against her.
Judge Peter Barrie listed the trial for the week beginning December 11 at Shrewsbury Crown Court and bailed Newton.
