A HOUSE fire in Whitchurch led to two firefighter crews being called out on Tuesday (July 18) afternoon.
Teams from Wem and Whitchurch were called to the town centre in High Street, after reports of a house fire at around 5.46pm.

A spokesperson from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said that an operations officer was also in attendance.
A stop message, confirming no further assistance was needed, was sent out to control 15 minutes later, at 6pm.
