THREE men who admitted stealing farm equipment in Whitchurch and Shrewsbury will be sentenced next month.
Cornelius Price, Alfie Price and Aaron Davies, all from Donnington Wood in Telford, pleaded guilty to two charges at Shrewsbury Crown Court – sitting at Telford – on Tuesday (August 8).
The trio admitted that on April 28, 2023, they stole a heavy duty breaker, belle compactor plate and Stihl petrol disc cutter, of a value unknown, from Tilstock Lodge.
Then, on the same day, the three men stole a Wacker Neuson and Stihl saw, also value unknown, from a barn in Preston Gubbals near Shrewsbury.
Recorder Jason MacAdam, presiding, adjourned sentencing to Wednesday, September 6 after a request from barristers representing the defendants.
