A long-standing shop in Whitchurch is ready for Halloween with a dark room for anyone ready to get spooked.
Jane Horton, owner of an ironing services store recently added a new feature to her shop – an American-style diner.
And now she is taking it up a notch with a spooky dark room inside the store, just in time for October 31.

Jane said: “I wanted to give children and adults alike a themed room for the season.
“So, I transformed one of the side rooms in the shop into Halloween experience where people can enjoy a gift bag with a DVD of a scary movie and grab treats.
“It helps bring new ideas to otherwise regular shops – and I always come up with something new to attract more customers of all ages.”
Jane has been in the ironing business for 35 years and has been a qualified chef for 40 years.
“I love what I do," she added, "and I think sprucing things up a little is always good.”
The room will be open from October, on Mondays to Fridays, from 9am until 4pm.
