A PENSIONER who is accused of causing the death of a man on the A49 in Prees will face a crown court date next month.
Elizabeth Pass, 76 and from Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent, did not indicate a plea to the charge of causing the death of Paul Hart close to Steel Lane on May 18 this year by driving her Honda Jazz car dangerously.
The defendant appeared before magistrates at Telford Magistrates Court.
She is expected to enter a plea at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Tuesday, January 16.
