THERE have been no fines given out after 67 fly tipping incidents have been recorded in three years in Whitchurch and Ellesmere.
In a Freedom of Information Request to Shropshire Council it has been revealed that fly-tippers have not been fined for their mess.
The report reads that Black Park Road in Whitchurch holds the number one spot for fly tipping in town with 11 incidents in the past three years.

Followed by A41 Junction to Fox Field with 4 , and Green End with 5
In Ellesmere Ifton Heath Cross Lane had five incidents, Crickett Junction - Elson Saw Mill Junction and A495 Perthy Junction had four and Scotland Street had three.
