POLICE in Whitchurch are appealing for information after burglars raided keys from a home in the town in order to steal a BMW from its driveway.
The incident took place on Alkington Road between 11pm on Sunday, January 28, and 6.30am on Monday, January 29.
PC Ben Jones from the Whitchurch Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) made the plea on the police Website Neighbourhood Matters.
He said: “The offender or offenders forced entry to the home.

“Keys to a BMW X5 were stolen from the address and the vehicle taken from the driveway.
“Anyone with any information about the incident, CCTV or Dash Cam footage is asked to contact us online, quoting incident number 00047_I_29012024.
“Thank you for your help.
“It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime."
