CHERSHIRE Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) has released details of an incident on Monday that led to a person being cut of out a 4x4.
Firefighters from Malpas and Nantwich and the major rescue unit based at Winsford all attended the scene at around 3.45pm.
A spokesman for CFRS confirmed that Wrenbury Road, close to the Cholmondeley Arms, was closed to allow paramedics to be treated.

They said: “Two vehicles were involved in a road traffic collision, a heavy goods vehicle and a 4x4.
One casualty was trapped in the 4x4 and needed extricating by firefighters.
“Once the crews were able to gain access to the casualty, paramedics were able to give treatment.
“Helimed was also in attendance and police closed the road in both directions while the incident was being attended to.”
