The Whitchurch Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (WAODS) are set to perform a rendition of the family-friendly musical 'The Wind in the Willows'.
Based on the classic novel by Kenneth Grahame, the production is adapted by Willis Hall and contains music from Denis King, it promises to be an immersive experience.
The story will follow Mole, Ratty, Badger, and Mr Toad as they embark on a series of riverbank adventures.
Attendees can expect to encounter a rowing boat, a gypsy caravan, a motor car, and a prison cell among other elements introduced in the storyline.
On their journey, the audience will meet a variety of characters such as Mr Toad's butler and housekeeper, singing field mice, the erratic judge, fearsome Wild Wooders, and many more.
This production will be staged at Sir John Talbots School's sports hall, marking the first performance at the new location.
The presentation, set on an Arena Style Stage, proposes a more engaging viewing experience as the audience will be seated around three sides of the stage.
Performances will be held from May 29 to June 1, with a weekday matinee on May 30 at 1pm, alongside 7pm evening performances.
One show will take place on June 1 at 4pm.

The box office will operate on Fridays: May 3, 10, and 17 - from 9.30am to 12.30pm, and on Saturdays: May 4, 11, and 18 - 10am to 1pm.
