School and college leavers in North Shropshire are being presented with new apprenticeship opportunities, following offerings from local companies.
SBC Training, Shropshire's main private apprenticeship provider, has reported that Fabdec and NWS Motors are the latest to open their doors to budding apprentices.
Fabdec, a manufacturer of stainless steel vessels based in Ellesmere, and NWS Motors, a Whitchurch based business specialising in reconditioning and remanufacturing Land Rover engines, are both providing engineering apprenticeships.

Colin Thaw, SBC Training managing director, said: "This is a very busy time for us as we work with our employers and try to refer applicants to the opportunities which will suit them best.
"Our staff are on hand to help employers or individuals who need advice on how to take advantage of what apprenticeships can offer.
"The apprenticeships at Fabdec and NWS Motors will promote the development and retention of valuable engineering skills in the area and we are pleased to be working with them and the many other employers offering Administration, Marketing, Construction, Logistics and many more.
