A PERSON has to be rescued by Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) from a lift at a property in Whitchurch on Tuesday.
One crew was sent to St John’s Park, in Whitchurch, at 9pm after reports of a person locked into the lift.
Firefighters used small gear to release the person, according to SFRS control and a stop message was sent by firefighters on scene at 9.17pm.
This was to confirm no further support from other stations was required.
