DRIVERS are being warned of a road resurfacing project in Whitchurch, starting next week.
The A525 Whitchurch Bypass from Tilstock Road Roundabout to Prees Road Roundabout is to be resurfaced from Monday, November 4 to Friday, November 8.
Work will take place from 9.30am to 4pm each day and the road will be closed during these times.

A Shropshire Council spokesman said: “During the closures, a signed diversion will be in place while access/egress for properties and businesses within the closure will be maintained when safe to do so.

“Depending on their vehicle type, road users may be able to choose an alternative diversion route.
“People are asked not to park on the road during the day while the work is in progress.

During the work, access to the works area will be restricted to local residents who live and reside within the road closure; businesses located within the closure (if applicable); pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and equestrians and emergency vehicles.
