A MAN accused of falsely imprisoning two women, burgling a property and assaulting a police officer near Whitchurch will face a trial in 2025.
Gary Milner, 44 and of Orchid Meadow, entered not guilty pleas at Shrewsbury Crown Court to two charges of false imprisonment of two women on Friday, November 8.
He also denied burglary by entering a property in Mill Street, Prees, on March 20 this year and taking cash, a mobile phone and a pair of scissors.

He also denied assault PC Hannah Justice during the same incident.
Record Julian Taylor, overseeing the plea hearing, confirmed a four-day trial will begin on September 15, 2025.
Milner was bailed with a condition of not entering Prees but saw a tag monitoring his movements removed.
