The annual Blackberry Fair returned to Whitchurch with a day of sustainable fun.
The event, which started in 2007, aims to bring art to the town, regenerate the high street, and unite the community.
Sustainability is at the heart of the fair, influencing every aspect of the event.
This year, Barratt and David Wilson Homes, who are currently building in the town at the Clockmakers and Talbot Place developments on Tilstock Road, sponsored the fair with a joint £1,500 contribution.
This was used to cover running costs.
The fair featured a variety of activities, stalls, and entertainment, including recycled fashion shows, an indoor craft fair, art workshops, a puppet cinema, and a pirate ship.
There were also magical Fae-themed markets and walks.
Steve Chapman, event organiser at Blackberry Fair, said: "Aside of the generous support we received from Barratt and David Wilson Homes which enables our town of Whitchurch to stage an event like Blackberry Fair, it’s important to recognise that we share an effective role in shaping the future sustainability of our growing community together with its outlying environment and biodiversity.
"Getting the balance right has to be our constant aim.
"We really can affect change for a better, more holistic future by listening and working together through collaborative positive action."

The day concluded with a parade and an evening of entertainment featuring live music, singalongs, classic sea shanties, and food and drink tasting.
Helen Lewis, managing director at David Wilson Homes Mercia, said: "We are delighted to be able to continue supporting the local community in Whitchurch by sponsoring this fantastic event and promoting sustainability in the area.
"This is very much in line with our own ethos and our approach to building new homes at our developments."
Adrian Evans, managing director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: "It was brilliant to see so many people attending, getting involved in all the activities and indulging in everything that Whitchurch has to offer.
"We hope the Blackberry Fair will continue to grow and look forward to the event returning next year."
