A CRASH outside Whitchurch where two main roads join prompted the call-out of Shropshire firefighters on Friday morning.
One Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) crew from Whitchurch was sent to Heath Road roundabout, where the A41 and the A49 join, at around 3.50am.
A SFRS spokesman confirmed what action was needed to be taken by firefighters after the accident.

They said: “One fire appliance was sent from Whitchurch.
“Crews made the vehicle safe using small gear.”
A stop message was sent to SFRS control at around 25 minutes later.
