HERITAGE workshops will be held in three towns across Shropshire later this year to explore the history of the county's pubs.
The free, one-day workshops will be held in Wem, Bridgnorth and Bishops Castle on September 15, September 14 and September 16 respectively.
These workshops are being organised as part of the Inn Sites project which is investigating, recording and celebrating Shropshire's rural pub heritage.
During the workshops participants will discover top tips for carrying out research and explore a range of online tools and how to use them.
Local specialists will share their own inspiring research stories and talk about the journey of uncovering hidden histories.
A light lunch is being provided and access to a laptop computer can be confirmed on booking.
Those wishing to book a place can do so online via Eventbrite or can follow links at www.tdrheritage.co.uk/innsites/
During the day attendees will also have the opportunity to catch up with project news and find out how they can help out.
To follow the project's progress and get involved, visit InnSites on Facebook.
And those not on Facebook can share their pub memories by emailing tdrheritage@gmail.com
