Sandi Procter, the president of the Lawn Tennis Association, spent an enjoyable morning in north Shropshire during her recent visit to the county.
She joined Tennis Shropshire chair Fiona Jones and Simon Jones, the LTA councillor for Shropshire, in heading to Ellesmere College and Wem Tennis Club.
Fiona said: “It was lovely to have the time to get to know Sandi during her visit to Shropshire and she really enjoyed herself.
"We took Sandi to see the tennis facilities at Ellesmere College’s indoor centre where we met Stephen Welti, the senior performance coach.
