WEM Town Football Club have confirmed Grant Butler as their new manager.
The Salop Leisure Shropshire Premier League club have moved swiftly to replace Ian Springthorpe who stepped down earlier in the week.
Butler also has experience in the Welsh football pyramid with spells at Caersws and Llanfair United.

A club spokesman said: "The committee of Wem Town FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Grant Butler as the men’s first team manager.
"Grant returns to Wem after two stints as a player and is relishing the chance to lead the team in the Salop Leisure League Grant will be assisted by Daz Edwards who has opted to stay with the Wemians and work alongside Grant.
“We look forward to supporting Grant and Daz as they look to change the fortunes of the team starting with a home game this Saturday."
