ELLESMERE Rangers will aim to end the season with silverware on Monday.
The Swans take on Bacup Borough in the final of the Edward Case Cup in Congleton on Monday.
Club spokesman Connor Courtney said: “Everyone at the club is looking forward to Monday. It will be a special day for everyone involved.
“We have worked hard this season and the lads deserve a trophy. Hopefully we can put on a performance and bring the league cup home.
“We are hoping it will be in front of a decent crowd. We are taking a coach load and more which will motivate the lads even more for the big game.”

Whitchurch Alport will look to retain their hold on the TJ Vickers Trophy they won last season when they meet Market Drayton in Telford May 9.
The following evening Alport fans face a trip down the M6 to the Bescot Stadium, home of Walsall FC, for the league cup final against either Atherstone or Hinckley.
The two teams met in midweek when the match was abandoned after a spectator entered the pitch during the penalty shoot out and attempted to strike one of the nominated penalty takers.
The match was abandoned and at the time of going to press no decision had been taken by the Midland Football League to determine the outcome.
Alport women's team travel to Albrighton in the semi-finals of the Staffordshire Women's League Cup on Sunday.
